I've always wondered what kind of person Lane's mom was. Way I figured it, Monte was too busy coaching to instill the proper values in baby Lane.

As a complete UT Kool Aid drinker, I always banked on the "apple doesn't fall far from the tree" thing, just hoping that Lane was going to be something like Monte. Now I'm figuring out that I was right, but I really screwed up in my estimation of the quality of the tree.
