You serious?

He is the only player in MLB history with at least 3,000 hits, 600 doubles, 250 home runs, and 400 steals.

Bonds..
2935 hits, 601 doubles, 762 home runs and 514 steals..

Just that close for that not to be true..

Biggio in but Bonds out.

Ridiculous.

Whoever voted for Aaron Boone should have their voting privileges taken away. What a joke. Schilling and Piazza also both deserve to be in.

Congrats to the four, but I want to see a bunch more of the ballot in.

Bonds
Clemens
Piazza
Bagwell
Raines (amazing leadoff hitter)
Schilling (better resume than Smoltz)
Trammel
McGwire
Sosa

Maybe even one or two more.

It's not the NFL HOF, we're just about everybody gets in.
I like the MLB HOF because it's only a handful of the best of the best.

The problem is they do keep out some of the best.

Guys like Bonds and Clemens are because of steroids, but Tim Raines, Alan Trammell, and Curt Schilling? Those are HOF guys to me. It is a museum of baseball history, and I lean towards the inclusive. Adding Schilling to the Hall does not devalue it. It would be devalued if Aaron Boone and the inventor of Strat-o-matic were in Cooperstown.
