I think berdych will sneak this set. Nole's serve isn't hitting like he'd like it to

He needs to hang on in this set, another break wouldn't hurt either

Interesting set. Berdych looks like he's on the verge of laying down but still battling through. Itll be bad next set if he doesn't pull this off

Huge game here, I think joker breaks him. Berdych is flustered, he's already resorted to letting joker hold serve

Wow first mis-hit all match costs him the second set. Wonder what birdie has left? I predict a 4 set djokovic win

Novak up 4-2, this one is reminiscient of the first and third. He's getting a lot stronger as the match wears on, won his last 3 serves love love love

Finished him off 6-1, 4-6, 6-1, 6-4. Berdych caught a second wind and battled well late in the 4th. I don't see anyone touching Novak this tournament

to say the least. last set was 6-4, but it really wasn't that close. Berdych had a little bit of energy saved for when he went down 3-1 and was able to hold his serve throughout, you could tell he was just gunning to get it 5-4 then try and catch his break there. damn near did it too, the last game ended up going to a couple deuces. novak finished with 2 double faults, i believe 21 unforced errors, and something like 118 points won

I mean seriously, he put two breadsticks on the #6 player in the world in the quarterfinals of a grand slam.

The only other person that can dominate a top tier player like that is Rafa on clay.*

i think berdych was at a disadvantage by having a relatively cupcake draw up until that point. novak played pretty stiff competition considering he is the number 1 seed. in his post match interview he said he didnt go to sleep until 5 am after the wawrinka match, woke up at 230 and took an ice bath with lleyton hewitt then called it a day, woke up this morning and wiped the court with berdych. he's pretty much the fricking man

Djokovic won 118 points. Berdych won 86.

Djokovic won 44% of the point when Berdych was serving.

That's a beatdown.

He took an ice bath with Lleyton Hewitt? That sounds kinda weird.

berdych looked pretty dangerous at times, but he got worn down mentally by just being thoroughly dominated for the majority of points. not much he could've done to win really, djokovic was painting lines on nearly every shot. it was pretty disgusting

well he and lleyton took ice baths in the same room, i doubt the same tub but the way he came out extremely fresh 2 days after the grinder smells of lance armstrong red blood cell doping. i'm usually the most sore 2 days after, but he's also in much better shape than me
