DH is great. More bunting and intentional walks in the national league. Pass.
Also I don't think it's necessarily true that there is more strategy in the National League. Everyone does the same thing: pinch hit for the pitcher. There is more variance in usage of pinch hitters and timing of pitching changes in the American League which leads you to believe there is more strategy involved

As a Cubs fan, it would be nice to slide Kyle Schwarber into the DH slot.

Just get both leagues on the same page.
There is really nothing like this in any other sport.

Couldn't disagree more. Especially in the playoffs there is significant strategy involved when deciding to pinch hit for a pitcher in the 6th/7th inning vs just subbing whenever he's out of gas. Add in having to pinch hit for guys out of the bullpen and all the sudden your entire bench/bullpen can play a critical role in the game.
In the AL you can get by with far fewer contributors and still be successful.
The Rangers win the WS against the Cards if it weren't for the inability to better manage their bullpen and subs when playing in St. Louis. Best example that comes to mind when this discussion comes up.

Fuk that I hate when they start pitching around the 7 hole hitter trying to get to the rally killing 9 hole. Bring on the DH
