If I am the A’s owner and that’s the only holdup for the deal then I would say yes. Then 1 week after the ink dries send the city of Oakland a letter saying that I have considered the issue and I have decided not to sell.

Cardinals curiously have a statue of a Browns player outside of the stadium. If he never made any impact for the team, then he shouldn't be memorialized.
