the only nba quality player in the history of nicholls state basketball was larry wilson hailing from ayo street, raceland, la, 70394 larry wilson

Yeah I think next year will be tough even though we only lose 2 players. Bathie was key this season.

Actually, Nicholls has a kickass basketball tradition. It's all been forgotten in the woeful last 10 years. Wilson wasn't the only one. Gerard King went to the NBA and won a championship with the Spurs. He played on the NSU teams that went to the tourney in the 1990s. Those were the days NSU basketball was fun and Stopher was the place to be.

Losing Bathie and Payne will hurt but Chris Iles will step into Payne's role, we will need to find another scorer though for sure

i went to school with larry's daughter, and I worked with him at Bollingers. Very nice and quiet guy.
