I know I'm a little late on the pens-flyers debacle but here's my take just the same..

First of all, I'm all for players defending their teammates...I think we can all agree that it's part of the game and a crucial part at that, but what crosby did today was bullshite on every account and there is a difference in defending your teammates and starting something and waiting for someone else to come to your defense because you are too pussy to man up face to face (the Neal-Hartnell-Crosby-Adams scrap)...he didn't have any problem cross checking Giroux(?) at the blue line and taking him out when he wasn't looking.

There are a fair amount of players that deserve to be suspended for the next couple of games..neal and adams included..but i don't have any problem with a couple of guys squaring off...its part of it...the cheap shots at giroux all game long are horseshite though, I know what they were doing and so does everyone else with half a brain. while they should be suspended, I would hate for the penguins to have an excuse about be swept under the rug by the flyers...even though in reality they don't have one.

And THAT from Brown...absolute cheap shot on Sedin...same thinking as the cheap shots on Giroux.
