What coaching tree did McVay come from? He catches a lot of shite, but I like his play design, use of motion, and how he gets guys open.

Technically his first NFL job was with Jon Gruden in Tampa Bay, but I consider him to be from the Mike Shannahan coaching tree since he really started to make a name for himself under Shannahan in Washington.
