So Norman DIDN'T throw OBJ to the ground??? BTW That seemed to start it ALL... Everyone says that "That's just the way Norman plays DB"... What a stupid excuse... Bottom line is that BOTH should have been tossed in the 1st half... The refs gave them enough time to get it out of their systems but BOTH kept on....

Yeah, they won't crack down on it. And because of precedent, I won't be surprised if Beckham's suspension gets overturned.

I've been watching NFL games since they were broadcast in B&W. The players are constantly pushing the envelope as to what they can get away with.
OBJ played out of control because he felt threatened. The zebras blew it by not throwing OBJ and Norman out of the game when it got out of control. Both coaches blew it by allowing the situation to get out of control.
IMO, Norman escaped punishment because he didn't draw any flags. He was guilty of some questionable tactics that the zebras didn't call.
A black eye for the NFL. Roger is used to it.

Odell played dirty as shite yesterday. Half the plays in the 1st half he wasn't even concerned with running routes. He was just content with thugging it out with Norman.
The broadcasters were criticizing Odell, the media afterwards was criticizing Odell, the officials indicated Odell was in the wrong three separate times by flagging him for unsportsmanlike penalties, and now the league is indicating the same by handing down the suspension.

Norman is a POS too. You could argue he should face fines/suspension too, but I think Odell's actions were worse overall.

Heck, I'm arguing in this thread, but I'm just arguing that the league is full of idiots that don't get suspended.
