I had a coworker like that. First thing he did every morning was take a couple of shots vodka. Would pick up right where he left off the night before. And he always had a plastic water bottle of vodka with him.

I had another coworker that would typically wait until after work and then get hammered. Some days he’d have a few at lunch though. But every morning he reeked of alcohol from the night before.
