I'm giving serious thought to trying out as a walk-on FG kicker for ASU.

NCAA needs to put a foot in the ground and come up with what's healthy for schools and athletes and just roll with it - if the courts object, tell the courts to get lost and let the chips fall where they fall. If it all implodes, at least the leadership goes down knowing they were doing the right thing. They keep screwing things up at every turn.

Lol. Just separate from the universities, become a professional minor league, and sign them to multi year contracts already.

Or let them play until they've earned all the degrees they want: maybe some want to be Lawyers (+3), Veterinarians (?+4), even Medical Doctors (might be interesting).

I like it and it should have been in place for years. It’s been two decades where the average student takes more than 4 years to graduate. Get rid of the redshirt and give everyone 5 years.
