Mercifully, it's over for Clemson. UConn moves on to face the Cocks in the Super Regional, 14-1.

11-9 DBU over the Anal Bobs in the 8th.

Gaylor leading Cal 5-1 in the 4th.

A&M-Zona postponed to Tuesday at 1235 due to weather. Both aces will pitch again... Wacha vs. Heyer. Hearing it will be on ESPNU.

DBU hangs on to win 11-9. Will take on Baylor in Waco this weekend if they hold on to their 7-3 lead in the 7th.

yes, they consistently have good teams who consistently underachieve in the postseason.

I recall GT and Clemson being overall #1 seeds and choking big time, and more than once. Then there's F$U.
and so it continues....

ACC host teams: 5
ACC teams advancing: 3 (and the choking is from usual suspects, GT and Clem's Son)

SEC host teams: 3
SEC teams advancing: 4

Now F$U is on the choke clock....

FSU's problem this year is the rotation. Besides Gilmartin, there really isn't an established starter who you can continually count on giving you 5-6 innings per game.

Hoping it doesn't happen, but if they get eliminated from the postseason, the rotation will be the downfall.

Hopefully Rob Childress and Co. eliminate the Noles.

I'll burn down Tally if we do.
