I'd agree with that but you're the one who was interested in who would be favored.

i guess didn't mean the favorite in a vegas sense. i meant it as in more likely to win the game.

That doesn't even really make sense. Also you even asked in another thread what the line was on this game

you are a bit too homer-ish it seems. i'm happy you got your "got ya" moment though, man.

What have I said that was homerish? I have not said Tulane is winning the regional, haven't said they are beating BC, just said I don't see them going 2 and out. If that's being a homer, then yea I'm guilty as charged.

for no reason. odds on college baseball don't mean anything. but i'm glad you brought it to my attention, as i will for sure be on boston college in that game. tulane likely wins a series against a team like boston college, but i don't like a one-game scenario against their stud pitcher.

Tulane has a pretty good pitcher too, not the pro prospect Dunn is but a very good college pitcher. Tulane also has a way better lineup

gibbs is great, and boston college's lineup is straight up not good. tulane just hasn't been hitting that well lately (even though they've been playing a lot of games against houston who has great pitching).

and one of tulane's biggest strengths is the home run, and Dunn has allowed 1 home run in 53 innings this season. against great competition, too.

hopefully, tulane can keep dunn from pitching more than 5 innings. most of his appearances this year have been much less than that, but a lot of his appearances early in the season were in relief. he's been more of a starter lately, and has gone 7+ innings in his last 2 starts in conference. one was a complete game on the road against georgia tech.

the guy is very good. great, honestly. if he goes deep into the game, i think tulane is in big trouble.

Tulane usually performs very well against great pitchers ... It's the middle months road junk guys that they struggle with .... I think Tulane handles BC pretty easily

In fact I think Tulane goes undefeated in that regional ... Ole Miss is really overrated
