I just finished watching "Thrilla in Manilla", which is documentary about the fight on HBO. After seeing that, I don't see how anyone can respect that POS. Ali is a racist, draft dodging adulterer. He is not half the man that Frazier is.

What was Frazier's record against Ali? All I got from that documentary is that Frazier is one bitter old man who is a POS for taking pleasure in seeing an old disoriented Ali because of his Alzheimer. What kind of person takes pleasure in that? Look at Foreman, he has tremendous reapect for Ali though he lost to him.

I think Frazier was 1-2 against Ali. That 1 win was the only time Ali was ever knocked down during a fight I'm pretty sure.

Frazier and Ali have since become friends as of a few years ago.
Ali was a total prick to Frazier, calling him the white man's champ, Uncle Tom, uneducated southerner (even though he lived most of his life in Chicago).

I think there was a time they had become friendlier but after watching that last night, Frazier still harbors bitterness and it's hard to blame him, especially after, as the article talks about, he supported Ali in several of his causes.

Frazier all the way. Ali just knew how to play the media better, but took it way too far with calling Frazier an uncle tom and a gorilla.
I watched the special too and Frazier definately still resents Ali. I liked when he said he's the reason Ali shakes today. I believe 'I did that to him.' were the exact words.

Frazier was on Howard Stern last week and had a good interview. Never knew some of that stuff about Ali but damn they brought up some shite that makes Ali look like a POS

Ali's been knocked down by four different fighters, including bartender/punching bag Chuck Wepner.
Not to take anything away from Ali... just stating for boxing historical accuracy.
