I always got a chuckle when football announcers stated that a coach "has to put his unit on the field"

When Kiper Jr. or Todd McShay use the phrase "He has the intangibles" to describe EVERY player being talked about in the draft I want to kick puppies. You'll hear that phrase no less than 1,000 times between now and draft time if you watch any amount of programming on ESPN.
