It doesn't make sense why under both assumptions the probablity of scoring on second down and losing the game is greater for running than passing. I mean the time left should be essentially the same; close enough that it's more reasonable to treat them as equal.

ETA: Nevermind I now see that both are 5% of their respective probability that they will score.
