On your smart tv / roku:
Download the NFL App, click skip for signing up for NFL+, on the app Home Screen click ESPN live channel which will make you sign in to YoutubeTV
Just verified to work for me. Didn’t work on my iPhone app but did on the Roku

This works on a regular TV with Roku unit, plus on my cell phone as well.
