I’m just telling you what we all know to be facts.
This will suck for * fans, who will try in vain to hide being bothered by it. It’s probably the closest you’ll ever get to knowing your team could win a World Series.
Hell, the Rangers have gotten closer than the *s have.

I’ve got no skin in the game since this didn’t cost the Mets anything. I’m kind of pleased to see Yankees fans mad about it, actually.

But around here, it really hasn't been talked about much, via the media, work atmosphere (since most here are yankees fans)etc.
It's blown over after the initial announcement and they've moved on.

I have countless friends who are Yankees fans. They feel robbed, and rightly so.
Good on the organization for doing the right thing. Hoping for them to win their first one sooner than later.
