They've got 8 home games on the schedule. If I were a Michigan fan, I'd hope the team could at least have a winning record with 8 home games.

I think Rich is a good coach. It'll take a while though. No offense to the good OSU posters here, but the big ten is pretty bad. OSU is legit but that's about it (maybe PSU). I can see Mich getting a bowl game.
