You're right Nike doesn't give a shite. There's nothing to lose for them. Avenatti overplayed his hand. Same with Addidas. They aren't losing anything. Only the middle men are. Last I checked no executive or person that really matters to any shoe company is going down or even in fear of it. The point is that those companies still are the money behind it all regardless of being in fear or giving a shite. They're gonna sell shoes and apparel anyway. They aren't concerned at all. They're untouchable regarding any of this. It's all about the schools and kids/their families and taxes not being paid.
Still doesn't mean Avenatti doesn't have real evidence. He wasn't attempting to extort them based on bullshite. He and Geragros have something. Who knows what but they've got something. Those guys didn't get where they are by being completely stupid. Arrogance and perceived importance is their issue.
