That clip clearly shows Cortez motioning for them to continue. So what if he looked away (he shouldn't have)....he gave the signal. It's too bad Floyd was the only one in the ring that was paying attention.

But seriously, there is nothing that the test wont detect coming after the fight. It's obvious to everyone except Mayweather supporters who try to protect him when they know he is scared.
