That's awesome. Now there will be one thing in Lafayette that doesn't completely suck dick. I loved the Icegators!

The people who run the cajundome are getting ready to run it into the ground. They overcharge everyone who wants to hold events in there. That is one of the reasons the icegators folded because of the rent they had to pay the cajundome. One of the main reasons lafayette doesn't get more concerts and shows.

The games in the late 90's were SICK. The dome was packed every night; I had season tickets.

What really sucks is that it was because of the Icegators that the Cajundome could get out of the red. That is a very poorly run business.

I am wondering if they are going to possibly use any part of the ice rink/cooling system from the Cajundome.

I doubt it, I am sure the cajundome got rid it.
