my guess is that he fricked up the kids in the district, state, and maybe regionals bc if he got a hold of one it was extra bases. so the coaches didn't know that he actually wasn't that great.

cortez just needs to hang up the baseball cleats and start preparing for a football career. his swings have been weak all night. not looking good for the GA boys
