McMain 6 - Port Allen 6 2nd

Khalil Smith caught the first TD. Omari Jones has thrown a pick deep in Port Allen territory and also squandered another drive deep in their territory

Port Allen scored on a fumbled snap that went into the endzone...lucky

If port Allen loses, the coach should be left in New Orleans. Darian Claiborne the A&M commit is running for damn near 10 yards a carry and they get to the 2 yard line and don't give him the ball.

Port Allen 22 - McMain 14

Four costly turnovers killed McMain. Omari Jones was acting out of character by throwing some horrible passes and he fumbled a ball that returned for a TD

Just let it go. Don't let a message board bother you. Some of the things I see going on in high school football today are getting ridiculous. Fans get personal with players, coaches, and their families. Horrible sportsmanship among fans, coaches, and players. Recruiting and bringing in kids just to win some football games. It's getting to be like professional football. Football should be something extra to do outside of the classroom. It's getting way to serious.

go enjoy your bad 2A team...

What is Hahnville's strengths?

Hahnville is not nearly as good as they usually are but they have played hard and don't quit....unlike last year's team. Since starting 0-4 they made some changes and have started running the ball well. The new RB since week 5 is Sergio Medina who was playing LB. In the 6 games he's been at running back Hahnville is undefeated and he's amassed close to 900 yards. Power runner with good speed. The QB, Easton Melancon can throw some and is not real fast but lately has been making things happen when on the move. WR's have good speed and most are at least 6', they have to hold on to the ball better. OL is not real big or strong. Defense is the key, they have a few big guys who can run and create turnovers. Kicker is really good, he can hit from 50-55 yards.

They were smaller than SP's but the defense took the game over in the 2nd half. I think this could be a good game, especially since we are home.
