so what is the story? People are saying big donors did not want to play ULM? Feel so bad for the players. Someone (AD)shoulb be fired.

Tech's BIG CHEESE donor, reliable sources in Ruston tell me, has told Tech if they schedule ULM they won't see one more dollar from him.
That is the reason this happened. If anyone else but ULM had been selected for the Indy Bowl, Tech would have accepted

I do believe there was some collaboration between the coach, AD and a few key boosters

does anyone blame Tech for trying to get a better bowl though?
