In Shreveport you have Benton, Byrd, Capt Shreve, Caddo Magnet, Loyola, and Parkway. Lafayette has Southside and STM with ARCA to likely add the sport in 26/27. Baton Rouge has Catholic and Central. NOLA has Brother Martin, Holy Cross, Jesuit, Newman, Rummel, Shaw, St Pauls, and Willow.
So while not a ton the number has grown greatly over the last 10-15 years, and if ForeverLSU is who I think he is, then he has played a very big part in the Shreveport teams existing as well as the increased numbers that have been seen in the Lafayette are over the last 5 years.

There’s at least one in Lafayette (Acadiana), one on the North Shore (Chaos), one in Baton Rouge/Ascension (Ascension pelicans.). Social media says Ascension had two all Americans this past season. There are many other younger teams.
There’s also another club out of Nola that had a huge summer. They played in Delaware at the Platinum Cup run by Adrenaline LAX, which is the biggest HS showcase tournament in the country. Only local club that played. Rest of tournament as all national clubs.
They made a big run and finished runner up, including beating a top 25 team based out of New York. Team is composed of kids from the Nola area private schools (St. Pauls, BM, Newman, and Jesuit).
