Yeah, it's weird because the other years have all the games.

If you look at the USL, ULM, and La Tech attendance numbers it's clear that FB attendance is not paying for their program and for their athletic programs at the D1 level. The tax payers of Louisiana and the students should not subsidize low-quality money-losing programs.
The right thing to do would be those schools to drop down to Division II or III.
D1-AA (FCS) level should be done away with. Let schools have D1 programs without FB and set the limit to D1 football to 15,000 and actually enforce it. DII and DIII are much more sensible ways to go than the money pit of D1-AA and lower-level D1-A.
