I guess it makes since considering RG3's lack of success on the field will be the reason this coach gets canned in 2 or 3 years.

I don't have any problems with the star player of a team having SOME input on who the HC is.

Well no shite!
He still is their star player though, they bet their entire franchise on him, so he should have SOME input. The owner and GM should always make the final decision but I think getting players input is never a bad thing. If they had said RG3 got to pick the next coach that would be retarded but that isn't the case.
