I had a better return at the Alex Box concession stands! I gave them money, they gave me and the kids food. Got home and watched my picks go down in flames. Los Al for redemption tonight. Who does Les like?

Just got back home. What an amazing experience. Hopefully I'll get some pictures up tomorrow. Verrazano's part owner was sitting right behind me. Free food, free drinks including alcohol. Didn't have a lot of luck gambling sans my boy Wise Dan, but it didn't matter.

Back from Jazz Fest and licking my wounds on this race. Had all the top 5 finishers in bets...just not the same bet.
Also had placed a WPS bet on Orb that didn't go through on Twinspires.

With Golden soul paying 38.60 to place and 19.40 to show how much does that pay on $2 to WPS?

Nehro colicked and died yesterday and the filly live lively who beat Julia 2 back fractured both sesamoids in her front left and had to be put down

Maybe to early to start this talk but I think Orb has a better the average chance to win the next two. I think he was the best horse yesterday and they way he won in the slop makes me think he can do it

Always been a bit of a snob when it came to the Triple Crown and didn't want just any horse to win it (As if it matters what I think). Wasn't impressed with War Emblem, Funny Cide, Smarty Jones, etc, etc, although I thought Barbaro could have won the Triple Crown.
I've never been more excited at the possibility of a horse winning all three races. Can't wait to see what he can do. Maybe this is the year.
