Well, I thought that the ESPN article stated they talked to the prosecutor and he made it clear that her admission was not enough. If you've been in a court room you'd understand that it would be easy to charge her but then all she has to do is go to court and say she was lying in the book. Get her daughters on board and you don't get a conviction. Still doesn't mean it didn't happen.
