He has already refuted that he will be going straight to the NBA. That started out as a speculative rumor, and pretty quickly was accepted as a fact by the media, without any acknowledgement from the Wall camp. Of course, he can change his mind and try to fight the ruling, but it wouldn't be straightforward.
If he had instead attended a prep school to boost his stock (like Joaquim Noah did at Lawrenceville), then he would have an actual shot at getting in the draft, but in the current scenario, he won't have as strong a case. However, he has already told SI that he is not planning on declaring for the draft this year.
Surprisingly, Baylor has fallen off the map. At the Hoop Summit, Wall didn't even mention Baylor as one of his six top choices. He said Kentucky, Kansas, Duke, UNC, Miami, and NC State were the schools he was considering. The absence of Memphis and Baylor definitely confused me since there is basically no chance he will go to Miami, State, or UNC. Kansas may have been a player, but now that Sherron Collins is staying, I can't see him going there.

1 kid doesnt keep his commitment so you dont believe what any kid says? well you can keep saying wall will go pro this year all you want but he isnt going to.

Nah, I could make a list a mile long of kids saying they were coming back to college who ended up going pro in various spots.
It because redundant after awhile though

Just dont see him going, especially if he finds out he can go straight to NBA.

It won't be nearly as straight forward as that article makes it appear, especially since he is not attending a prep school right now. Even if he was really interested in going pro immediately, it would be tough for him to get cleared for the draft within the next 10 days, but he seems intent on going to college for one year.
I think his camp believes he will go first overall next year, especially if Ricky Rubio goes pro this year.

Word of God’s John Wall is scheduled to visit Miami this weekend and pare his list of schools down after that. While there has been speculation Wall will look at the NBA, he is expected to sign with a collegiate program. Wall might be eligible for the NBA Draft but told 99.9 FM The Fan ESPN Radio last week he plans to go to college. That hasn’t stopped speculation about the NBA, but a college coach with direct knowledge of his recruiting said Wall would not turn to the NBA. The coach said Wall would qualify as a freshman. Duke is believed to be the leader for Wall, followed by Kentucky, North Carolina and Miami.
Here's the link, although I basically just copied and pasted the whole thing
