I will say, I think Carr is going to be a pretty good player for them. Whatever he lacks in raw arm talent, he makes up for with how savvy of a player he is for his age and experience level.
But Notre Dame isn't winning a playoff game unless they have some guys on the DL (and OL) grow up, fast.
They might not even make it, which is wild with their schedule.
