IMO one of Miles' biggest qualities is hiring asst. coaches. I have no idea where Roy Williams is when it comes to that. I do think that is a way bigger deal in Football though.

It is. The head coaches imprint is all over the offense and defense in basketball. Many times in football the head coach doesn't have much input on one side of the ball. I'm hoping Miles' imprint is on the defensive side of the ball.

Assistant coaches in collegiate basketball are generally worthless. Not to mention, Les has several misses on his resume when it comes to this.

Saban's recruits.

And yes, he did. He made up for that arse kicking Ohio State put on his Oklahoma State team a few years earlier.
