Is this Doc Rivers best coaching job?

No true all-star, made playoffs while similtaneously rebuilding, while having a roster of scrappy guys trying to get that opportunity for a big check and a few young guys worth building around long term

I'd give Jerry West the assist on this one considering he traded Doc's security blanket, Avery Bradley, away from him because Bradley was playing like shite.

He did this with the Magic back in 2000 after they traded Penny and before they signed T-Mac and Grant Hill. Won COY and became a rising star.
