Jerseys will be unveiled in April.
Most teams won't have many changes, since the NFL regulates how often you can change your logo/uniform. But there will be changes to the cut of uniform, i.e. Pro Combat jersey cut (not the god awful designs, but the same jersey and pant cut) and changes to team uniforms/logos will probably happen slowly over time.

Carolina will have new unis
Denver is switching to their orange jerseys as their primary
Jacksonville is changing to black jerseys in 2013
And I'm sure there will be 29 other teams doing some kind of changes in the next few years

I like how the Rams wore their Old/throwbacks a few times this past year, the blue and yellow. I'd like to see SEA rock the old silver and blue/green. How the hell approved the same dull color for helmet, pants and jersey?

I believe Seattle and Carolina are the only two teams confirmed as getting a uni overhaul.
What I interpret this to mean is that while Seattle and Carolina will have something totally new, the rest of the NFL will see minor tweaks like jersey cut, fabrics, etc will all be Nikefied. I pray that this also means that the Cowboys will now have 1 silver, and 1 blue instead of the diarrhea of colors (green, gray, silver, black, royal, navy, etc) they currently employ.
What I don't know is what this means for teams like Jacksonville and Minnesota who have received the reebok "let's go batshit crazy with the piping" treatment. Like a previous poster said, I can't imagine Nike allowing their swoosh to be branded on something like that.
Although... Really Nike is who started the whole piping-craze with their CFB uniforms in the early-mid 00s.
