The rankings are clearly available on the internet. Might want to check the date of the article before you go posting fake news

Accuses me of fake news after clearly posting BS info. Classic.

Straight from your website.

It's sad that you're using that as justification for the loss when they held a 24-7 lead in the game, I think most here can agree with that. They didn't find out about the plane crash at halftime

It's sad that you want to talk about extenuating circumstances and then ignore ones that hurt your team's case.

Why can't you just admit that you are special?

Oh, so extenuating circumstances only favoring your team are legit? You have absolutely no shame.

Shamelessness is a prerequisite for being a Bammer. I say other SEC schools should join in: LSU should claim the 2011 title, Auburn should claim 2004 and 1983, etc. they'd be much more deserving than many Bama claims

Are you on the spectrum? That article was written before the final poll was released

The games are done. All that's left is the politicking and tallying the votes and computer rankings to determine if No. 2 Alabama joins No. 1 LSU in an All-SEC BCS Championship Game on Jan. 9.

Yall aren't all this stupid, right?

claim all you want little man, 21-0 can't be erased from your memory or the history books. I'm heading off to lunch, good luck to you boys saturday. I hope y'all win, it would be a shame if LSU missed the playoffs after such a special regular season

Oh i'll be back if you would like to continue beating a dead horse. You can scream until you're red in the face, 21-0 happened and Bama was the best team in the country that year, and they proved it on the grandest stage in dear old New Orleans

For at least the 4th time, no one has said it didn't.

That's far from fact.

Also not a fact. All you proved is you could beat a team given multiple opportunities even with a lesser resume than a more deserving team.

It's like a Lambo edging out a Maserati in a race. The Lambo was going 220 and the Maserati was going 219. 2 months later you want the fastest two cars to race. Why are you pitting the Lambo against the Camaro that went 200?

What a horrifically stupid analogy.

MPH is an objectively observable and recordable metric. The eye test is the literal opposite.

There's literally no basis for this comparing the two teams' resumés, but the same could be said for like half of Bama's MNC's, so it won't hold that against you.

2003 LSU: We played an absolute clunker and lost at home to an eventually 8-5 UFaG team coached by Ron Zook (whose staff schooled Saban, Muschamp and Fisher). Most years, this would be the end of a team's MNC hopes, but at the end of the year LSU got a shot in the BCS against an Oklahoma team that had been annihilated by a (good) K-State team in the Big 12 title game. I think LSU would have beaten the Trojans in NOLA, but Oklahoma was the lesser opponent. Also, without the BCS contract obligations, the Coaches' poll might have sided with USC (which would have been bs, but I digress).

I seem to remember a near miracle had to happen for us the win the west in 2001, and it happened.

2001 LSU was 5-3 in conference. To my knowledge, 2002 Arkansas is the only division winner with a record that bad, they got in since Bama was on probation

I wouldn't call 9/11 a miracle.
