Is 2-11 (.181 winning%) against the SEC considered a "blue blood"?

There's a team up north that is 2-11 against the SEC in bowl games.

They just don’t have the overall bodies at the talent level as teams in the SEC.... now I know they beat Bama a few years ago, but that was a fluke.... and it’s even more of a factor is when they seem to play an SEC team they get smoked.....

If you haven't looked lately, osu is the only team that has talent. The teams that used to be decent (mich, MSU,psu,iowa) are garbage now. Their recruiting has tanked. They barely have any 4*s anymore. Wisc is ok once in awhile. The SEC has Bama, UGA, LSU, UF, aTm, and aub that can make noise. Since the bcs started, 5 SEC teams have won titles with 3 of them having multiple. Osu is the only team that has competed for one and they usually get smoked (against UF, LSU, Bama).
How many SEC teams could have beaten 2 teams with winning records this year like osu did to get into the playoffs. A handful
