The last player to hit 2 inside the park homeruns in one game was Greg Gagne, in 1986.

Guy Hecker (Louisville, American Association).
This guy was something else. In 1882, pitched a no-hitter, the second in AA history, with his teammates making six errors behind him.
In 1884, he won 52 games, an AA record.
In 1886, he won 27 games and led the league in batting, hitting .342 (only pitcher to lead a major league in batting). That year, he became the only AA player to hit three homers in a game, and scored a record seven times in that game.
AND, in 1887, he became the first player to play an entire game at first base without a single fielding chance.

Pedro does have a nine inning perfect game under his belt.

In 20 seasons, Craig Biggio recorded 1 hit in 3-0 count. In 363 3-0 counts, He went 1/6 with 1 HBP and 356 walks. A .986 OBP
That stat is great but it's a little misleading. Obviously he wouldn't swing much on 3-0 counts so it would make sense that he would walk a lot in that situation or the count would simply move to 3-1.
After 3-0 counts
