I think if Peyton plays a few more years he will pass up Favre
If Drew Plays 5 more years I think he will pass up Favre.
Who will be on top depends on how long Peyton plays.

I think with the way the league is built now, all of these numbers will be beaten by several guys in the next 25 years.
ETA:
After first 2 years in the league, Luck is way ahead of Brees and slightly ahead of Manning's pace. Even Russell Wilson is ahead of Brees' pace. Matthew Stafford is putting up ridiculous numbers as well.
I think Aaron Rodgers got started too late and can't stay healthy enough.

Brees started out REALLY slowly, he was a late bloomer.
His pace with the Saints is virtually unprecedented.

Yeah I get that, but who's to say Russell, Luck, or Stafford don't do that? Luck is on a Manning-esque career pace.
Stafford has put up nearly an average of nearly 5k a year the last 3 years.

My point is, its a different league these days and these younger guys have the advantage of putting up big numbers right out of the gate.

They also run the disadvantage of being more easily replaced. The "QB league" sword can cut both ways for these younger guys. The easier it is for others to play the part, the more difficult it will be to keep the part.

I agree fully. The yardage records will fall rapidly with this new generation of QBs it's just the nature of the game. Also I think stafford is someone to look out for but you have to wonder about his post megaton career
