And that’s where the Laker screwed up. I mean with a trade, what would they really get for Lebron???? And I doubt anyone would want Davis because he is so fragile. And there is no interest in Westbrook. The lakers are in for a long drought.

It's funny. I remember telling a black guy I was rooting for the Celtics over the Lakers in the 85 finals. He immediately accused me of being a Cowboys fan, too.

the Pelicans board offers a never ending thread celebration of Laker shadenfruede where in the fact that new orleans owns the Lakers pick and swaps too is always wonderful.
Davis is the butt of jokes.
the next several games are looking like no better than 2-5. they may actually be worse than teams we thought were trying to lose to get a top draft pick. if lakers lose 8 or 10 before a win it will become a spectacle.
the worst ever lakers start was Minneapolis Lakers 57 58. 0-7
the team moved after that.
it was asserted at the time that they were set up to fail (TANK) so as to grease the skids to move.
I resented them keeping the Laker name. land of 10000 lakes.
similar Utah kept jazz.
commissioner should not have allowed the names to go.
