I hate ULL when LSU plays them but I always root for Louisiana schools (even Tulane) to do well.

If we're ever at a point where ULL or Tulane threaten our competitive advantage then shame on us.

I'm not going to waste energy rooting against underdog Louisiana kids who got a chance to play at Tulane when LSU should be able to handle their business should they eventually meet.

how far has RICE's program fallen to lose to ULL in a regional? pretty far, IMO.

you do realize that this isnt the first time these schools met and it isnt the first time ULL beat them.

If i remember correctly didnt ULL beat rice to go to omaha with their bleached hair

It bothers me when LSU hosts and the bracket is Tulane, ULL, and Southern. Enough southern teams host to move it around a little bit.

What? Explain yourself a little more thoroughly on these ideas

It's amazing what happens when you don't get to play CUSA opponents.

Wow you might be the biggest idiot on the rant. Try to color in between the lines, genius.

My wife and I are going to the ut-ull game tonight, and we'll be wearing purple and gold and cheering for ull. We were planning on going to the game anyway, just to make a game this weekend. But we'll be cheering for la boys while we're there

I would never waste a single second of my life watching ULL compete in any sporting event that didn't involve them competing against ULM.

Maybe you should. And also the ULM baseball team. They need to see what a good baseball team really is.

Even if you hate ULL though, I dont understand how you wouldnt be rooting for them to win the texas regional.

Pretty much this. I couldn't care less about UL-Lafayette, but I'll root like hell for them to win that regional and get Texas the hell out of this tournament.
