Yes, because the Bulls never had to change their roster in the 90's due to cap reasons.

The Bulls did NOT win in 1995. If I recall, Jordan was on that team.

The Bulls would not have won in 1999. Contractual issues...and the Spurs.

meh, kobe and lebron don't even really guard each other the majority of the time. and lebron didn't do great against the lakers this year, but last year he scored 41 and 33 and the cavs swept LA. i wouldn't call that "shutting the frick out of"

You have to realize that these days, the difference in play between elite guards like Kobe and the worst starting 2-guard in the NBA is not really that much in the grand scheme of things. Comparing Kobe to Jordan is probably splitting hairs.
