Person A puts a gun to someone’s head and pulls the trigger and kills them
Person B puts a gun to someone’s head and pulls the trigger and the gun jams and the victim runs away
Law enforcement will completely treat the two situations differently, but I see both people holding the gun in the exact same light. I judge people on intent, not results
