It makes sense but is he poisoned in Big ten country? Does whoever's hiring, it shouldn't be Pace if they're smart, get turned off by bringing in a QB guru who's best work with a QB was a decade ago?

I was listening to Keyshawn's show earlier, they floated the idea of Harbaugh to the Bears, and bringing in Stafford

Do you want to bring in Stafford though who has a contract that put Detroit into Cap Prison? What does that do for your cap situation? I am nowhere near a cap guy, but from what I understand, Stafford's cap number is substantial.

I thought I had heard somebody once say it is 50M So Detroit is going to want to cut him, and that will not happen.

bears already in cap hell. Quinn and Mack are eating up a ton of space on the bill. if they can move Mack or seriously restructure those deals, it could work, maybe trade Fuller.

but any move to add FAs on offense will mean gutting the defense. considering they way theyve been playing, might not be a bad idea.

Most teams would have fired Nagy/Pace today i would imagine. Virginia is on record stating she wants to see one more championship before she dies, which worries me that they will double down for one more year since blowing up the team now means shes likely dead before a rebuild bears fruit. obv next year is going to be disaster either way.

I'm surprised Denver didn't call Nagy for advice for yesterday's game. He's won five games without a quarterback this year alone.
