What really sucks is the history. We couldn't celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Luv Ya Blue teams and the people in Nashville don't give a crap since they didn't have a team in 1978.

Wow, what a mess. That seems like a really high price tag to demolish the structure.
The rate at which these stadiums are replaced is ridiculous (see also the new Atlanta Falcons stadium). If they are going to replace these things every 25-30 years, then the initial cost estimates need to include demolition/removal costs.
