i agree but this wasn't a stoppage in the heat of the battle. he called it in the middle of a break when bhop said he was good to go. didn't even ask a doctor. you can always suspect there is an ulterior motive in boxing.

Well, Hopkins himself said he was good to go "with one arm." If a fighter admits he's got one arm, I don't think it matters what else accompanies that phrase.

Even if he said he was good to go "with one arm" he might as well said he couldn't go. No ref will let him continue after saying that.

Hopkins need's to work on that takedown defense cmon where's the sprawl. Also what a shitty way to run away from the fight I think he was faking.
