We haven't.
Congrats on 2nd place
If you're not first, you're last.
I'm not going to argue about who's the better loser. We would have whipped your arse last year though.

It's not a big secret, OU wanted into the PAC 12. The Texas schools (Baylor and it's Baptist ways) were a sticking point with some of the PAC 12 people (Cal), and then UT pulled the plug altogether.
No, no, no, no. You are getting the events mixed up. I was not talking about Round 1. All that stuff happened in Round 1. I was talking about Round 2, which was totally official. 4 Big 12 teams committed, and got their leaders at their schools to sign off, to join, including Oklahoma. But Texas was not part of that.
It all went down like this. The first time, we flew down there, got all of them interested, they all wanted to do it, and Texas Committed to doing it. Colorado jumped with us first cause they knew could be last man standing and be left out. It was to be Tamu, Texas, OU, Okie Lite, Colorado, and Missouri probably. Anyways, The little players in Big 12 freaked out, and knew would be left out. So they gave up tons of money and power to Texas begging them to stay. Texas played us, bluffing, and it worked. Texas, OU were staying. We had only Colorado. So then we were forced to add Utah. You are right. Baylor and BYU were not considered because Cal and Stanford rose up and voiced a problem with having religious schools. And well, Nebraska left and in time so would Tamu.
Then, later on, in time, other schools got ticked at Texas for getting greedy, and trying to show H.S. Games on the Longhorn Network, or desiring to show... This really ticked off OU and they sought us out. OU said they wanted us bad, but only if they could bring Okie Lite, we said fine. And we had it all worked out to add 4 more teams, and felt we had a decent shot at getting Texas if 3 others signed up with us and left the Big 12, that that may force Texas to join us, but if not, oh well, we did not "need" Texas per say to want to do this deal. We had 3 Big 12 schools all agree, and get permissions to join us, with another as well as a backup for if not Texas. And we had plan all worked out. But Scott went to Presidents to get the final vote for all the PAC-12 Schools and we changed our mind at last second and decided 12 schools was enough for now. And thus, OU and the others from Big-12 were not able to go to the PAC because at last second we rejected them.
Our official stance was we just expanded to 12 and wanted to enjoy that. And we only wanted to expand if necessary, if the whole Nation shifted again. But right now, we did not have to, and WE rejected the whole OU and package deal. But we left the door to possibly take them at a future date if we desire them, and or necessary.

Seems like your investment in Asia isn't doing that well if we got higher ratings.
I never said we are into Asia yet. I said we are planning on going into Asia soon...

And it will be a spin off from the new PAC-12 TV Network. That PAC-12 Network will not even launch in America until this summer. I would imagine the Asia stuff would happen a year or so, maybe a little more then that after.
We are first focusing on getting our new PAC-12 TV network all set up and in place, on all the TV partners and launched. Then we will be fazing technology into it, with Apple, Google, others, to be able to watch games with smart phones, and other ways, websites, ect... Once that is all done, then Asia expansion and such... One piece at a time...Not to mention, SEC domination.

From the Modern Football Era(the BCS)the PAC has won 12 vs 11 SEC.
Also one can see the PAC is 14-8-1 against the spread vs the SEC.
Head2head- The SEC has hardly been superior to the PAC

USC needs to play a few more SEC teams or the PAC 12 will lose the edge.

Oregon got a home and away with Miss State in the BCS era and Tennessee. Oregon is actually 3-2 and lost to the SEC champs.
