Maybe he saw the video after the game and decided it was worse than he originally thought?

So if a football player gets a personal foul, hits someone out of bounds, late hit on the QB, etc they should be thrown off the team?

He kicked a guy and got a tech. Now he is indefinitely suspended.

Bunch of women up itt.

There's a big difference in guys going full speed and hitting a guy one step out of bounds and intentionally sticking your leg out and tripping people on three separate occasions.

If you can't understand that, then you're a fricking idiot.

If you don't think basketball is a contact and emotional sport, then I don't know what to tell you.

Good. He's such a whiny bitch. I'm sure he's crying all day about it.

The bad part about this is Coach K allowed him to go back into the game. That is TERRIBLE on Coach K's part. It just shows that he will do anything to win. This jackass Grayson should be thrown off the team. There is obviously something wrong with this guy. This is not his first time doing this. Unbelievable

Kicking him off the team seems extremely harsh.

However, I completely agree that it's embarrassing that Coach K put him back in the game so quickly.

I also don't think that Coach K "saw the replay later" is really such a great excuse since the actual trip wasn't really the worst part of it.

It's the infantile emotional breakdown right in front of Coach K's face on the bench that would have had 90% coaches in any sport thinking this guy just needs to sit the rest of this one out.

My guess is that Coach K saw the degree of negative press later.

Every time there's a swaggy white American who is good at basketball the SJW sports media tears him down without fail. It's disgusting. Allen is a stud.

Thanks for the input Donald, send it out in a tweet

K has too much power and respect for his program to let anyone mess it up. He let him play out because he knew he would be benching him.

Allen knew he was getting suspended after that tech, so he cried about it.

How many other programs would suspend a kid after seeing that replay? None.

So being a contact sport makes it ok to kick your leg out blatantly obviously intentionally and trip someone to a hard surface?

That's like saying it's ok to stomp on the QBs nuts ala Suh and say it's ok because football is a contact sport.

Him in the lockeroom in front of the media after the game.

Embarrassment.

Coach K was on the radio this morning and said he had no idea how Allen acted on the bench and also said he didn't notice the tripping either. It was after the game and seeing replays is when he decided to suspend him.

I know I would be a little bitch too if I were named Grayson. It isn't roid rage, it's name rage.

I didn't think it was a big deal

25 was pulling his arm trying to draw a foul...spins, stick out leg so he won't get an easy 2...

it wasn't like he ran the court and just took his legs out....

it happened so fast and fluid, I didn't really see a premeditated action...

admittedly, I don't know the history of this player that is clearly drawing attention to the matter

I agree he had to see the trip, it was obvious, but Coach K was busy talking to the officials when Allen was throwing a fit. However, he had an assistant coach that saw the whole damn thing, so either the assistant didn't tell K or Coach K didn't care. No matter, it was a deflection for sure, but that is what he told Dan Patrick this morning.

Jesus Christ, not a big deal other than acting like a bitch afterwards. I mean he threw a leg..... OMG! I wouldn't have done anything other than treated him like a toddler and had a talk.

Deserves it but they won't miss him. He's had probably one good game all year.

Honestly, to me at times it looks like he's jealous that kennard has stole the show and is a POY candidate right now

I just saw the video for the first time. Allen has some mental/behavior issues that he needs to seek counseling for. He has some sort of mental defect that is making him act that way....mainly concerning the crying on the bench. It's like he knows what he did is wrong...but couldn't help himself. If he doesn't see a therapist and get on the appropriate meds, then he shouldn't be allowed back on the court.

Maybe Coach K didn't see how bad and blatant it was. I agree that guy is a YUGE pussy
