May have found an R11s w/ a kaili shaft for $175. Gonna offer him less if he still has it.

You want those grips? I have no use for them as I use undersized grips.

Have you hit it? Is it just as stiff as mine if you can remember?

If you say wedge, I say work on your iron game

I hit an 8-iron on like 15 holes at LSU. Probably as much at other courses, too.

But yeah, I see your point Croacka. I DO need to work on my irons (and my driver is too long...my 3W has about the same distance.)

Also, a set of titleist irons is near a G

I bought the ap1 almost 2 yrs ago.
Just went back to my old dci 981s. .. For some reason Im hitting mybold ones better.
Can go wrong with titleist

Driver is my weakest club, bought r11 last year.
I don't think it's the arrow, pretty sure it's the Indian,
I'm the worst 4 handicap driver of the golf ball on the face of the earth.

razr fit, r11, or rbz head. i personally think the razr fit is the best driver on the market, but most people can bomb the shite out of the ball with the newer taylor made drivers.

this or one of these if you can afford it

UST-Mamiya ATTAS<-- best shaft but like $500
project x-$275
Aldila VooDoo or RIP beta- around $199

if you dont wanna drop over a hundred for shaft then grafalloy prolaunch or fujiikura fit on max shaft which are around $75. get them custom fit and find a grip you like.

The best shaft is different for every different swing

Just bc it costs more doesn't mean it's the best for everyone

I know it will be a while before they are on the rack though. The 13 stands for the 2013 release date. I guess my 910d2 will have to do for now.
You are right about shafts, it is all about torque, kick point, stiffness, weight, balance point, swing weight, etc.
Has anyone suggest the hammer yet?

In the golfwrx thread they said they were just giving them to your players to tweak, this week, so I don't know. November sounds about right though.

I've been thinking about getting something new too. I bought the R11 last year, used it for a month and hated it. I sold it for about $325 at least. I just didn't like the feel at all. It felt hollow to me.

I got a Callaway FT9 Tour on eBay for like $50 with a Fubuki 60 S shaft as a quick replacement and have been using it since.

Where do y'all recommend getting fitted? Most places just give a free fitting with purchase of the club, huh?
