Damn, I thought he was right at 24. It's players like these that have generated such a renewed interest in baseball IMO. This is one of the most exciting times in the game since I was like 10 years old when Griffey, Frank Thomas, Juan Gonzalez, Bonds, Bonilla were the big guns.

the guy that took over for torii hunter in minnesota is going to be really good.

Carlos Gomez...he's 22. he was 2-3 yesterday with 2 stolen bases.

i really dont think its going to be possible to throw this kid out.

He hit for the cycle last year, but made his debut in September 2006.

Yes, he had an excellent debut which makes me think he is on the verge of stardom. Great kid as well.
